Roomique is a mobile app that redesigns photos of your room using AI. This policy explains what data we process, why, and your rights.

Input photos, references and masks are uploaded to private Supabase storage. For design generation and editing (redesign, changing the room's function, furnishing an empty room, written edit instructions), the photo, any inspiration/reference image and the prompt are sent to OpenAI; these requests include a one-way hash of your account identifier for abuse monitoring, not the identifier itself. For brush edits (inpainting), the image, mask and your prompt are sent to fal.ai, and for HD upscaling the image is sent to fal.ai. fal.ai is our backup image provider; when needed, design generation and editing may also run on fal.ai. OpenAI also processes photos and related text for safety checks, room analysis and visible item categories, and processes chat/plan inputs and the recent conversation context you send to create replies or plans. Generated images and text may also be sent to OpenAI for safety checks. Input and output images are compared to detect newly added people, children or animals.
Inputs have a 7-day retention policy. Files older than 7 days are removed by a daily automated cleanup, so deletion may occur at the next scheduled run after that threshold; technical failures are retried. To regenerate from a deleted input, select the photo again. Outputs that pass safety checks are stored in your account's private interior-result storage and are deleted through the Storage API when you delete your account in this app. Results generated with OpenAI are delivered only if they can be written to this storage; if a permanent copy of a result processed by fal.ai cannot be stored, fal.ai's temporary link may be used. Private storage is accessed with user authorization or by the server processing your request; time-limited access links are also used (result links are valid for at most 30 days). Providers' own processing logs and retention practices are governed by their terms and policies. We do not guarantee zero provider retention or exclusion from model training.

Your room photos and generated designs are never sent to analytics.sendDefaultPii: false); stack traces carry no photo or design content.When you turn on the daily tip switch in Settings, the app asks for notification permission and schedules a local reminder on your device for 19:00 each evening; no data is sent to our server for this reminder. If notification permission for Roomique is granted on your device, your device's Expo push token is saved with your account when you sign in and is used to send a general weekly "Weekly inspiration" notification. Its text varies only by app language and contains no design, photo or account information. The switch in Settings turns off only the daily local reminder; to stop all notifications, turn off Roomique notifications in your device settings. The stored token is deleted when you delete your account in this app.
Before uploading a photo or making an AI request, the app explains the sharing and asks for your explicit consent. You can decline to start AI processing. You can withdraw AI data-sharing consent in Settings; future operations will require consent again. Withdrawal does not reverse earlier processing. To delete stored data, use account deletion in the app or contact us below.
The Report button sends the output type and reference, reason, your account identifier, time, and optional note/text excerpt. It does not automatically upload a new photo. Avoid unnecessary personal information. Reports are used to investigate unsafe or incorrect AI output, take appropriate action and limit abuse. Users cannot read the reports table; review requires authorized server/operations access. Reports are deleted at the daily cleanup after 90 days or when you delete your account in this app. Reporting does not consume your AI quota.
No ads — the app contains no ad network and no advertising SDK. No advertising tracking: we do not collect advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAID), we do not track you across apps or sites, and we do not build profiles for third parties. We never sell your data. The anonymous product analytics and crash reporting described above exist only to improve the app and are never tied to advertising.
Roomique is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy; significant changes will be announced in the app or on this page.

Child abuse or sexual exploitation, explicit pornography, sexual violence, hate, harassment, encouragement of serious violence, illegal activity and content violating others’ rights are prohibited.
Text and photos undergo automated safety checks; design images and assistant replies are also checked. If checks cannot complete, the relevant request is stopped. Repeated rejections in a short period trigger a temporary pause; serious or repeated abuse may lead to a manually imposed restriction on AI access.
Report inappropriate content or appeal a restriction by emailing destek@dodeyazilim.com with the app name and a description of the issue. Avoid unnecessary sensitive personal information. Reports are reviewed and appropriate action is taken.
The rejection history contains the time and reason/type linked to your account; rejected text, photos or audio are not added to that record. Deleting your account/data in this app deletes the rejection history. If your shared sign-in identity remains for our other apps, a separate account restriction may remain to prevent abuse; it is not the rejection history. Contact us to appeal or make a data request.
