1. The service
Roomique uses AI to redesign room photos and suggest furniture and decor. Designs, room analyses, chat replies and decoration plans are for inspiration. Actual products, dimensions, prices and suitability may differ. Check measurements, availability and professional requirements before making purchases or changing a building.
2. Your account and uploads
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Upload only photos and other material that you own or have permission to use. Avoid including unnecessary personal or sensitive information about yourself or others.
3. Acceptable use and content safety
Do not submit illegal content, content that violates others' rights, child abuse or sexual exploitation, explicit pornography, sexual violence, hate, harassment or encouragement of serious violence. Automated excessive requests and other misuse may result in restricted access.
Text and photos undergo automated safety checks, and generated images and assistant replies are also checked. If checks cannot complete, the relevant operation is stopped. Repeated rejections in a short period may trigger a temporary pause. Serious or repeated abuse may lead to an account restriction. To appeal, contact destek@dodeyazilim.com.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Premium features require a subscription. Apple App Store or Google Play processes payment. The store's purchase screen shows the current price, billing period and any trial before confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account. Manage or cancel them in your store settings before the renewal deadline displayed by the store, generally at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Any applicable trial and eligibility are shown by the store. Deleting your Roomique account does not cancel a store subscription. Refund requests are handled under the relevant store's process and applicable rights.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You may use the designs you generate for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Roomique application, brand and software belong to Dode Yazılım. These terms do not grant rights in third-party brands or products shown in recommendations.
6. AI processing, consent and storage
Photos, any inspiration image and prompts are sent to OpenAI for design generation or editing. For brush edits and HD upscaling, the relevant image, mask and prompt are sent to fal.ai. fal.ai is a backup provider; when needed, design generation and editing may also run on fal.ai. OpenAI also receives relevant photos and text for safety checks, room analysis, chat and decor-plan generation. It may compare input and output images to check for newly added people or animals and identify visible item categories.
The app asks for explicit consent before photo uploads or AI requests. You may decline and may withdraw AI data-sharing consent in Settings. Withdrawal stops future sharing until you consent again; it does not reverse past processing. Providers' own processing records are subject to their policies; these terms do not promise zero retention or exclusion from training.
Inputs follow a 7-day retention policy: the daily cleanup removes files older than 7 days. Deletion may occur at the next scheduled run after the threshold; failed cleanup is retried. Safe outputs are kept in your account's private storage and deleted when you delete your account in this app. You may need to select an input photo again after cleanup.
Results generated with OpenAI are delivered only if they can be written to private storage; when a permanent copy of a result processed by fal.ai cannot be stored, fal.ai's temporary link may be used. Large account deletions may require retries; stored result files are removed when deletion completes. A shared sign-in identity used by our other apps may be retained.
7. Reporting AI output
Use Report on an AI output, or email destek@dodeyazilim.com, to report inappropriate or incorrect content. Reports contain the output type/reference, reason, account identifier and time, plus any optional note or text excerpt you submit. They are used to investigate content and take appropriate action. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Reports are deleted at the daily cleanup after 90 days or when you delete your account in this app. Reporting does not consume AI quota; each account can submit up to 20 reports per day.
Rejection history records time and reason/type linked to your account; rejected text and photos are not stored in that history. App account deletion clears that history. If a shared sign-in identity remains for our other apps, a separate abuse-prevention account restriction may remain. Contact us to appeal or request data access or deletion.
8. Service limits and responsibility
The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee that AI outputs are accurate, that recommendations are current, or that a suggested purchase will meet your needs. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or change or discontinue the service. Significant updates will be communicated in the app or on this page. We may suspend access for violations. You can stop using the service and delete your account in Settings; manage subscriptions separately through the store.
